Terms of Service
The Payment
○ Full payment is due after a sketch has been approved
○ For payment, you may choose between: PayPal, Cashapp, and Venmo
○ Refunds can be given up to the point of the lineart stage, after that, no refund will be given
○ The exceptions to refunds is as follows: I have a personal emergency AND/OR I fail to complete the commission within three months of it being ordered
The Art
○ Do not claim the piece(s) as your own under any circumstances
○ Do not trace, copy, re-color, re-sell, or give away the commissioned piece(s) for any reason whatsoever
○ Do not remove my signature from the piece(s) for any reason
○ Do not use the art for commercial reasons
○ DO NOT RE-POST MY ARTWORK FOR ANY REASON!
○ I have a right to add commissioned works to my portfolio, unless you specifically instruct that you do not want your piece to be used
○ I have a right to decline a commission for any reason, stated or not
More Info
○ What I Can Draw:
-Humans/humanoids
-Original Characters (with reference!!)
-Canon Characters
-Ships (CanonxCanon, OCxCanon, OCxOC)
-Some humanoid robots (Like Destiny's Exos), ask first!
-Mild injury and blood (fruit guro is also okay!)
-Simple add-on items (A table, coffee mug in hand, baseball bat, cane, etc.)○ What I Cannot Draw:
-Complex backgrounds (I can do blurred out photo backgrounds if requested)
-NSFW
-Underage ships
-Incest Ships
-Gore (Ex: Exposed organs, bones, etc.)
-Mecha
-Animals
-Anthro/Furry
-Anything I'm uncomfortable with (I will state when I am not)
Additional Characters are 50% of base price (Ex: halfbody, 2 characters is 42 USD)

There may be an additional complexity fee (5-10 USD) for complex outfits, armor, cybernetics/robots, etc.

Keep in mind if you commission a robot, armored character, or ref sheet, the wait time will be slightly longer to compensate for more detail

Commission Process
1.] DM me with your request:
-Size (headshot, ref sheet, etc.)
-Stage (flat color or fully shaded)
2.] If I accept your request, please provide me:
-A ref of the character, plus any related info so I get a sense of who they are (this can be written or a link, such as a ToyHouse profile or a Doc)
~If it's a drawn ref, I heavily encourage providing a flat color version so I can get the accurate colors!
-A pose idea, either a photo or written description
-Background preference
~Solid Color or Gradient? What color(s)?
3.] I will then add you to my queue and provide the sketch in ~5-7 days
~depending on my queue this may be a longer or shorter wait
4.] After the sketch is approved, please pay the full amount via my PayPal link within 24 hours
~If you fail to pay within the allotted time, without good reason, your slot will be surrendered
5.] If requested, I can send an update at each stage (line art, flat color, etc)
~Regardless I will check in once the flat colors are finished to make sure it's accurate coloring
~You can check my Trello any time to see where your commission progress is
6.] Once the piece is finished I can either email it to you or send a Google Drive link that allows you to download it
~Please let me know which option you prefer
~If you want a Drive link, keep in mind I will delete the image from my drive a few weeks after uploading!
